Can Robo Fish go in a real fish tank?
Yes. Robo Fish are water-activated and work in fish tanks, bathtubs, pools, and any body of water. They are not recommended with live fish as the movement may stress real fish. They activate automatically when placed in water and stop when removed.

Both are made by ZURU. Robo Alive focuses on wild animals and creatures (dinosaurs, spiders, sharks). Pets Alive focuses on pet-like animals (fish, turtles, axolotls, hamsters). The movement technology is similar, but Pets Alive toys tend to be more "cute" while Robo Alive goes for "cool" or "scary."
